Do You Need Toner Before Glaamorr Oil-Free Moisturizer?
No—toner is not mandatory before moisturizer. A basic skincare routine can be effective with a gentle cleanser, moisturizer and daytime sunscreen. Toner is an optional category whose value depends on its formula and the reason you are using it.
Why people use toner
Modern toners vary widely. Some focus on hydration, while others contain exfoliating acids, astringents or fragrance. The word “toner” alone does not tell you whether a product suits your skin.
